Hello, introduce yourself please.
My name is Darina Birkin, I am 10 years old, I was born on March 3, 2015.
I live in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

What languages ​​do you speak?
I speak in two languages — English and Russian

At what age did you start playing tennis?
3 years old

Are there other tennis players in your family?
Yes, my dad is a coach.

In which club do you train tennis?
I train in Tennis Quality.

Who is your tennis coach?
Sergey Birkin (father).

What is your weekly training routine?
I got two hours training in the morning and three hours after lunch.

As an athlete, what is your greatest quality and what do you need to improve?
I am a young athlet.

What is your junior tennis category and your national tennis ranking?
I compete in U12 and I am ranked #101

What has been your greatest achievement?
I don’t have such achievements yet but I have 1 place in my club where I work.
I qualified for my first Tennis Europe tournament this year and next year there will be even more.

In which countries have you already participated in tennis tournaments?
I only went to Turkey for a tournament.

Do you have any sponsors?
No.

What is your goal for 2026?
I didn’t have processing Tennis Europe up to 12.

What is your tennis dream?
My tennis dream is to win all 4 Grand Slams and be number 1 and stay there the longest.

Who are your favorite tennis players?
My favorite players are Sabalenka and Sinner.

What do you like to do outside of tennis?
I like to read books and walk.

To which people would you like to dedicate this interview?
To my mom and dad.
