Hello, introduce yourself please.
Hi, my name is Benjamin Hammarén. I am 13 years old and I was born in 2012. I am from Finland and I currently live in Milan, Italy.
What languages do you speak?
I speak Finnish, Swedish, English, and a little bit of Italian.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was 3 years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
Yes, both my grandpa and my uncle play tennis.
In which club do you train?
I train at Quanta Club in Milan.
Who are your coaches?
My coach is Erik Crepaldi.
What is your weekly training routine?
I train about 1 hour and 30 minutes of tennis every day and 1 hour and 30 minutes of athletics training every day. On Saturday I train two hours of tennis, and Sunday is my rest day.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My greatest strength is the power of my shots. I need to improve my control.
What is your age category and your ranking?
I compete in the U14 category and my current Tennis Europe ranking is No.729.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
One of my biggest milestones so far has been moving to Milan and getting new opportunities to improve my tennis.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
I have played tournaments in Spain, Finland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Greece.

No, I do not have any sponsors at the moment.
What is your goal for 2026?
My goal for 2026 is to reach the top 200 or better in the Tennis Europe rankings.
What is your tennis dream?
My dream is to play against Ben Shelton in an ATP tournament and to represent Finland in the Davis Cup.

Outside of tennis, I enjoy playing golf, basketball, frisbee golf, and going fishing in the summer.
