Hello, introduce yourself please.
My name is Anna Karla Aguirre Williams, I’m 9 years old, Mexican, and I live in Acapulco.

What languages ​​do you speak?
I speak Spanish.

At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was 4.

Are there other tennis players in your family?
There are other tennis players in my family.

In which club do you train tennis?
Private court

Who is your tennis coach?
My coach is Erick Casas, a former professional tennis player.

What is your weekly training routine?
I play tennis for 1 hour a day, and I do conditioning 3 times a week, and I do muscle strengthening once a week.

As an athlete, what is your greatest quality and what do you need to improve?
I consider my greatest quality to be my attitude — I never give up!

What is your junior tennis category and your national tennis ranking?
My category is Under-10 and my national ranking is #52.

What has been your greatest achievement?

In which countries have you already participated in tennis tournaments?
I’ve only competed in Mexico.

Do you have any sponsors?
I don’t have any sponsors, but I’m open to exploring options.

What is your goal for 2026?
My goal for 2026 is to win a national championship in Mexico.

What is your tennis dream?
My tennis dream is to win Wimbledon.

Who are your favorite tennis players?
My favorite tennis players are — Alcaraz, Nadal, Sabalenka, and Iga Swiatek.

What do you like to do outside of tennis?
Besides tennis, I would like to be an architect.

To which people would you like to dedicate this interview?
I want to dedicate this interview to my family — my parents and my siblings, who always support my dream.
And I would like to add that I hope that this sport will be more supported in my country.
