Hello, introduce yourself please.

My name is Ana Baketić, I am 12 years old, I was born on July 19, 2013.
I am Croatian, and I live in Solin, Croatia.

What languages do you speak?

I speak English, Croatian, Serbian,Slovenian.

At what age did you start playing tennis?

I started playing tennis when I was 6 years old.

Are there other tennis players in your family?

No, only me.

In which club do you train?

I train at Tenis Klub Dalmacijacement Solin.

Who are your coaches?

My tennis coach is Alen Bekavac, and my gym coach is Antonio Perić.

What is your weekly training routine?

I train every day for 2 hours and do conditioning for 1 hour.

What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?

My strengths in tennis are my composure and my forehand, and I don’t really need to improve anything at the moment.

What is your age category and your national ranking?

I plain the U14 category and my national ranking is No. 14.

What have been your greatest successes so far?

My biggest achievements are finishing 2nd at the Masters (U14), placing 2nd at two Tennis Europe tournaments, winning 10 tournaments, and the fact that I will be going to IMG Academy.

In which countries have you played tournaments?

I have played in Austria, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and soon Florida.

Do you have any sponsors?

I don’t have any sponsors yet.

What is your goal for 2026?

My biggest goals this year are to win a few more tournaments and break into the Top 5 in my country.

What is your tennis dream?

My dream is to become a well-known tennis player or coach.

Who are your favorite tennis players?

My favorite tennis players are Rafael Nadal and Sabalenka.

What do you enjoy outside of tennis?

I like playing football and playing piano.
