Hello, introduce yourself please.
Hi! My name is Amanda Herrera-Arnesen. I am 11 years old and I was born on October 26, 2014. I was born in Miami, Florida, and I still live there.
What languages do you speak?
I speak English and Spanish because both of my parents are Venezuelan.
At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was 8 years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?
Yes, my uncle played professional tennis in Venezuela and he is now a coach.
In which club do you train?
I train at Chow Tennis Academy.
Who are your coaches?
My coach is Andre Chow.
What is your weekly training routine?
I train 8 to 10 hours per week, including 2 to 3 hours of fitness.
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?
My biggest strength is my forehand, and my fitness helps me stay strong and competitive throughout my matches. I am currently working on improving my footwork.
What is your age category and your national ranking?
I currently compete in USTA Level 7 tournaments in the 12U category.
What have been your greatest successes so far?
My greatest achievements so far are winning the Orange 10U title, reaching the Green 10U final twice, and being a finalist in Yellow 12U.
In which countries have you played tournaments?
So far, I have played tournaments in the United States, in Florida and Georgia.

What is your goal for 2026?
My goal for 2026 is to win a USTA Level 7 and a USTA Level 6 tournament.
What is your tennis dream?
My dream is to play Division 1 NCAA tennis and become world No.1.

My favorite tennis players are Jannik Sinner, Aryna Sabalenka, Novak Djokovic, and Iga Świątek.
What do you enjoy outside of tennis?
Outside of tennis, I enjoy mountain biking, volleyball, horseback riding, and any outdoor activity.
