Hello, introduce yourself please.
Hi! My name is Alissa Korolyova, I was born on June 6, 2010.
I am from Kazakhstan, and I live in Almaty.

What languages ​​do you speak?
I speak English, Kazakh, and Russian.

At what age did you start playing tennis?
I started playing tennis when I was 5 years old.

Are there other tennis players in your family?
No.

In which club do you train tennis?
I train at Gorky Tennis Park.

Who is your tennis coach?
My coaches are Pavel Baranov and Ruslan Abdullatupov.

What is your weekly training routine?
I train 5 hours a day, 6 days a week, focusing on tennis practice, fitness and recovery.

As an athlete, what is your greatest quality and what do you need to improve?
I need to believe more in myself and in my abilities.

What is your junior tennis category and your national tennis ranking?
I compet in under-16, I’m ranked #5 in KTF (Kazakhstan), and I’m in the ITF top 1000.

What has been your greatest achievement?
3rd place in the junior Roland-Garros qualifications for West and Central Asia.

In which countries have you already participated in tennis tournaments?
I have played tournaments in Pakistan, Serbia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Albania, Azerbaijan, Montenegro, and Georgia.

Do you have any sponsors?
No.

What is your goal for 2026?
I want to qualify for a junior Grand Slam and reach the Top 50 in the ITF rankings.

What is your tennis dream?
I want the whole world to know my name.

Who are your favorite tennis players?
I like Sabalenka, Alcaraz, and Federer.

What do you like to do outside of tennis?
I like to hang out with friends and dance.

To which people would you like to dedicate this interview?
To my grandfather and mother, because they took me to training and school every day, were with me at all my tournaments, and believed in me more than anyone else.
