Hello, introduce yourself please.

It’s really a pleasure to have a interview with you guys.
First of all I am Abed Mohamed Nail, I’m 14 years old. I was born on the 13th of march 2011.
I am an Algerian tennis player who lives in Boumerdes.

What languages do you speak?

I speak French, Arabic and English.

At what age did you start playing tennis?

I started playing tennis at 4 years old but stopped it at 9 and continued it at 14.

Are there other tennis players in your family?

No I’m the only one.

Which club do you train with?

My tennis club is CRBBKT in Bordj El Kiffan.

Who are your coaches?

Mister Ryad Anser, mister Mahdi Anser and mister Boualem Lamri.

What is your weekly training routine?

I usually train 5 times a week doing tennis workouts and physical workouts after school.

What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?

So my quality is that I am serious, I really want to improve and to improve. I need to be more consistent on the court

What is your tennis category and national ranking?

Now I am ranked 4534 in the ITF ranking and I really don’t know my national ranking to be honest but I am part of the national team.

What has been your greatest achievement so far?

My greatest achievement is 2nd place at the U14 Arab team championship in 2024 in Tunisia.

In which countries have you played tournaments?

I played in Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt and Kenya.

Do you have any sponsors?

I don’t have any sponsors.

What is your goal for 2026?

My goal for 2026 is to improve my ITF ranking.

What is your tennis dream?

My tennis dream is to win the Davis Cup with Algeria.

Who are your favorite tennis players?

My favorite tennis players are Nadal and Alcaraz.

What do you enjoy outside of tennis?

I like playing football and spend some time with friends.
