Hello, introduce yourself please.

Hello. My name is Fernanda Belén Céspedes Cuba. I am 11 years old and I was born on January 9, 2015.
I am from Trujillo, Peru.

What languages do you speak?

I speak English and Spanish.

At what age did you start playing tennis?

I started playing tennis at age 6.

Are there other tennis players in your family?

There are no other tennis players in my family.

In which club do you train?

I train at the Golf and Country Club in Trujillo.

Who are your coaches?

My coach is Jorge Lituma.

What is your weekly training routine?

I train Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?

I need to improve my serve and speed.

What is your age category and your national ranking?

My age group is 12 years old, and I am ranked 13th.

What have been your greatest successes so far?

My greatest achievement was winning the national G2 tournament for 10-year-olds at the Los Inkas Golf Club in both singles and doubles.

In which countries have you played tournaments?

I have played in Peru in the cities of Lima, Chiclayo, Piura, Arequipa, and Trujillo.

Do you have any sponsors?

I don’t have any sponsors.

What is your goal for 2026?

My goal for 2026 is to go to the South American Championships to represent my country.

What is your tennis dream?

My tennis dream is to play at Roland-Garros.

Who are your favorite tennis players?

My favorite tennis players are Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner, and Ben Shelton.

What do you enjoy outside of tennis?

Besides tennis, I also like to play volleyball.
