Hello, introduce yourself please.My name is Hanna Lilien Varga, I’m 12 years old. I was born on May 20, 2013 in Pécs, Hungary.
What languages do you speak?I speak in english and hungarian.
At what age did you start playing tennis?I started playing tennis when I was 5 years old.
Are there other tennis players in your family?Yes, my sisters plays tennis too.
In which club do you train?My tennis club is PVTC — Pécs Városi Tenisz Club.
Who are your coaches?My tennis coach is Ambrus Gouth, my GYM coach is Csaba Jagity and my sport mental coach is my Mom — Katalin Varga-Kiss.
What is your weekly training routine?My weekly training routine is:
- GYM 3times a week
- tennis 7times a week
- footwork 1-2times a week
What is your greatest strength as a player, and what do you need to improve?I’m good at long games and I need to improve my footwork.
What is your age category and your national ranking?In Hungary my best rank in U12 is #3, in U14 is #19, and my Tennis Europe ranking in U14 is #928.
What have been your greatest successes so far?I won the U12 Girls Doubles Hungarian National Championship in 2025.
In which countries have you played tournaments?I have already played in Austria, Croatia, Spain, USA and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Do you have any sponsors?Yes, I have Wilson.
What is your goal for 2026?I would like to play tennis in more international tour with good results. To move up in the rankings.
What is your tennis dream?My biggest dream is to become a professional tennis player and win a Grand Slam.
Who are your favorite tennis players?My favourite tennis players are Sabalenka, Alcaraz, Sinner, Djokovic and Kyrgios.
What do you enjoy outside of tennis?Outside tennis I like to play football and BMX.
